Hello, I'm Mats Hope, a 30-year-old grapich designer and I recently completed my Master's degree in Visual Communication at the University of Bergen, Norway, my hometown and a place that has deeply influenced my creative journey.

I would describe myself as a dedicated collaborator, consistently driven by curiosity. My design philosophy draws from the rich tapestry of modernistic values, particularly finding intrigue in concepts of hierarchy and rhythm. The allure of order and harmony in design is something I hold dear. For me, the challenge of harmoniously arranging visual elements within a designated space is nothing short of addicting. I thrive on the quest to make these elements seamlessly work together, although, at times, nothing feels as satisfying as challenging the status quo by breaking up the hierarchy for a bold visual impact.

My fascination lies at the intriguing intersection of curiosity and technology within the realm of design. I'm perpetually on a quest to explore how crafting my own tools and techniques can enhance the impact of visual communication. This inherent curiosity-driven approach fuels my desire to challenge established norms within the field. I'm committed to pushing visual communication in a direction that can stand the test of time, making a lasting impact on the field.
